My story…

I designed my first newspaper when I was eight years old and my first website when I was 12. Over the next two decades, my love of design and online media continued to grow, as did the importance of these mediums — lucky me!

After studying Computer Science and Cultural Anthropology at Columbia University, I spent several years working on staff for various NGOs and community organizations, overseeing all forms of outreach and marketing (including website management, online fundraising, marketing via Facebook and Twitter, event planning, and volunteer coordination).

These experiences taught me a great deal about how small businesses and individuals can use the internet to connect with new and existing fans. Let’s face it, in today’s society, an online presence is necessary to be successful (whether you are a musician, an international NGO, or neighborhood bar). The key is choosing the right tools that will have the biggest impact without wasting time or money. I can help you do that!

I have been working as a freelancer since 2011, and I love it. I split my time between my hometown of Austin, Texas and my home-away-from-home in Brooklyn, New York. And when I’m not working with new clients, I enjoy yoga, traveling, and karaoke.

So call me knee-co…
